Prohibited Activities By using our App, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that involves or promotes CSAE. Soliciting or grooming minors for any form of exploitation. Engaging in any behavior that targets or harms children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAE and will take immediate action, including reporting violations to law enforcement and child protection organizations. Posting or sharing illegal, harmful, or offensive content. Impersonating another individual or entity. Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or other abusive behavior.
3. Reporting Violations If you encounter any content or behavior on our App that violates these Terms, especially related to CSAE, you are encouraged to report it immediately. Reports can be made through our reporting mechanism or by contacting our support team at lonemyapp@gmail.com. We will thoroughly investigate all reports and take appropriate action, including removing the content, banning the user, and notifying relevant authorities.
4. Consequences of Violations We reserve the right to take the following actions if you violate these Terms: Temporary or permanent suspension of your account. Immediate removal of offending content. Notification of and cooperation with law enforcement agencies. Any other legal remedies available under applicable laws.
5. Commitment to Child Safety We are committed to protecting children and ensuring their safety on our platform. To this end: We actively monitor for CSAE-related content and activities. Our policies comply with applicable laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Exploitation Act and international standards.
6. User Responsibilities As a user, you agree to: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our App. Ensure that any content you share or upload adheres to these Terms. Avoid engaging in harmful or disruptive behavior on the platform.
7. Description of Subscription Services StreetsMeets offers a monthly subscription service that provides access to premium content and features, such as [list of features, e.g., ad-free experience, exclusive content, advanced features, etc.]. The subscription is available at the following rate: Monthly Subscription: $4.99 per month. By subscribing, you gain full access to premium features, in particular, full access to the application and the chat search function in rating mode for the duration of your billing period. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each month unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
8. Subscription Charges and Payments By subscribing to StreetsMeets, you agree to pay the subscription fee of $4.99 per month. Payment Method: All payments will be processed through your [Apple ID/Google Play account] associated with your device. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the subscription price at any time. If the price changes, you will be notified in advance, and you will have the option to accept the new price or cancel the subscription.
9. Auto-Renewal All subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the current billing period unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date. Your subscription will renew at $4.99 per month unless you cancel it. You will be notified before the renewal date to remind you of the upcoming renewal.
10. Canceling Your Subscription You can cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps: iOS (Apple): Go to your device’s settings, select [your name] > "Subscriptions", and choose the subscription you wish to cancel. Follow the instructions to cancel. Android (Google Play): Open the Google Play Store app, go to "Subscriptions", and select the subscription you want to cancel. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period but will not be charged for the next period.
11. Refund Policy No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments unless required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle, but no refunds will be provided for the current period.
12. Termination of Use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
13. Amendments We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
